Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for B2B and B2C sales, driving customer acquisition, and converting leads into sales for SMEs and Business groups. You'll play a critical role in helping businesses save time and money.

You will manage the sales process through the entire life cycle; generating leads, uncovering client needs, setting up appointments, providing demonstrations and closing the sale.


Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support company growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify trends and competitive insights.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of client solutions.

Must Have

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with the technology or software development industry is an advantage.
  • A valid work permit for the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Experience in creating compelling online content.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Google Ads certification or experience in PPC campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs effectively.
